Like many groups, we tend to be less active during the summer, while our campaigners are taking well earned holidays. But we do always have a social in August! On Saturday, we met up in Knighton Park for a Bee Picnic, with everyone encouraged to dress in yellow and brown or black if possible. Our good friend Sir David came along as well, much to the amusement of passers-by.

While we were all together, we took the opportunity to create a dancing bees video, which we will be using to publicise our pesticide-free gardens pledge - look out for that on our social media soon...
